There is no one magic business model and each situation is unique. There are certainly some trendy business models like product as a service, circular economic models or platform based
model as an example but your idea is unique and deserve to find the most relevant business model.
After agreeing on the final model, we provide you with a financial model and financial estimations (usually on 5 years).
We also assess materiality risks of your
business model. Remember ESG is more and more important for any investment decision.

What does a project look like?
We start by understanding your situation: we do interview your stakeholders, we scan your existing materials and we rephrase the challenge to be addressed during the project.
Step 1
Your don't have yet ideas for turning your purpose into business model and you ask us to help you find potential new business models either by changing what is already existing or by creating something new. We work with your teams. We look for inspirations (desk research) from others, we look for internal ideas, we sometimes interview external experts and we come with our crazy ideas (from our creative team).
We organize discussions (one 2 one) and workshops with your teams where we discuss all these high-level ideas coming from different sources and we filter them into a potential candidates lists based on strategic fit, marketing opportunity size and risks.
Step 2
We zoom on your prioritized high-level ideas (coming from our step 1 our directly coming from you) and we start working on transforming these high-level ideas into products and services. We challenge their desirability, feasibility and viability. We look for extra evidences, we apply our internal know-how (all our project leaders have a c-level background) and we stress test your assumptions.

At the end, you have products and services that could pass to the go to market stage and be prototyped (it starts to be more serious and the innovation risk is increasing).
Step 3
